-Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the services;

-Payment is due at the time of subscription. You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable for services already rendered. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

7. 14 Day Free Trial for Starter Plan and Premium Plan

Sailstream Automations offers a 14-day free trial for our Starter Plan and Premium Plan, subject to the following terms and conditions:

-The 14-day free trial is available to new customers only and applies exclusively to the Starter Plan and Premium Plan. Users who have previously subscribed to any of our plans are not eligible for this trial.

-The trial period begins immediately upon registration. No payment information is required to activate the trial unless you opt for our add on services or upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends.

-During the trial, you will have full access to the features of the Starter Plan and Premium Plan. However, certain add-on services, and premium features, may not be available unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

-At the end of the 14-day free trial, your account will automatically convert to the paid Starter Plan or Premium Plan respectively, and the first monthly subscription fee of $97 or $297 will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

-You may cancel your trial at any time during the 14-day period. Cancellation must be done through your account dashboard or by contacting Sailstream Automations customer support in writing. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be charged. Once canceled, you will lose access to the services provided under your plan.

-If you do not cancel the trial before the 14-day period ends, your account will be charged the setup fee and the first month's subscription. These fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel shortly after the trial ends.

-Sailstream Automations reserves the right to refuse or terminate the free trial for any user who we believe is abusing the offer. Any user found creating multiple accounts to access additional free trials will be deemed in violation of these terms, and Sailstream Automations reserves the right to terminate their access to the service immediately.

-Sailstream Automations reserves the right to modify or terminate the 14-day free trial offer at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect users currently enrolled in an active trial period.

8. Termination

Sailstream Automations reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of our services at any time, should there be a violation or a perceived violation committed against our Terms of Service, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms or engaging in conduct that we believe is harmful to our company, services, or users. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy any materials obtained from our services.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All payments for services provided by Sailstream Automations are non-refundable once work has commenced. This applies to:

-CRM setup, integrations, and automations

-Digital marketing and advertising services

-Custom consulting and strategy sessions

Due to the custom nature of our services, significant time and resources are allocated upon project initiation. Therefore, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

-Client-initiated project abandonment

-Dissatisfaction due to scope changes after agreement

-Failure to utilize or implement completed services

-Platform preference changes after setup has been completed

Project Modifications & Cancellations:

-If a client requests modifications outside the original agreed scope, additional fees may apply. If a client cancels a project before completion, any work completed up to that point will still be billed in full as per the original agreement.

By purchasing our services, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that all payments are final.
